'Preparing for an AI Future' is the theme of PreparationTech's 2025 Tech Skills which takes place on December 3, 2025 at the Amsterdam Public Library.
Approximately 100 participants who are mostly high school students from groups under-represented in technology (females, racial and ethnic minorities, low income students) will attend this annual event which includes an inspiring keynote, talks about the personal journeys of tech professionals from different industries, speed dating, and a series of hands-on, AI-related workshops.
Meet Our Keynote: Narcisse Ndeke, Strategist and Global Campaigns Expert (The Firm Consult)
Narcisse Ndeke is a strategist and global campaigns expert specializing in branding and positioning. Born in Africa, raised in Europe, based in Asia, and employed by a US company, his international background shapes his approach to global brand storytelling. Narcisse built his career in branding and campaign strategy. His legal background gives him a structural approach to positioning that sets him apart. He thinks in frameworks, builds campaigns on solid strategic foundations, combining legal precision with creative thinking in both storytelling and business execution.
At Netflix, Narcisse held multiple roles within the Global Campaigns, Strategy & Operations team. Based in Amsterdam and Singapore, he led global campaigns across EMEA, APAC, and worldwide markets, with a focus on cultural affinity and innovative storytelling. Some of his campaigns include a Nintendo campaign with award-winning artist Flemming, various "Let It Happen" campaigns featuring Moncler and Khloe Kardashian's Good American brand, the release of the Tiesto/Killfake track "Money", and many more. His work centered on cross-cultural campaigns and stakeholder engagement, translating brand narratives across continents. As co-founder of The Firm Consult, Narcisse supported leading influencers and artists globally in campaigns and commercial deals, integrating technology, social media, and real-life engagement. He has advised multiple tech and gaming companies including Medal TV and Anywyse, an AI company based on audio learning. He is a guest lecturer on IP, copyright, and media at Utrecht University and teaches strategy and positioning at the HU-ME Academy of Omnicom Group. Narcisse is joining a new venture, which he will share more about at the event.
Narcisse has had a diverse career in which he has both built his own ventures and worked for various companies. At the event, he will share more about the differences between entrepreneurship and corporate life, and the lessons he has learned along the way.
