How do you prepare kids and adults for our world of constant and rapid technological innovation? What education, training and exposure to technology do they need to survive and thrive?
Deborah Carter, PreparationTech’s Managing Director, will be moderating a panel discussion on this topic during the Women in Tech Regatta Amsterdam virtual event on December 9, 2020.
The panel will explore the many different ways that kids can learn about technology, from formal schooling to storytelling, only learning platforms and self-directed learning using Web tutorials to master hands-on activities.
Panelists will include:
- Dr. Parves Khan, Global Research & Insight Director at Pearson
- Shaquille Veldboom, a self-taught 3D designer and PreparationTech interview subject; and
- Miriam Tocino, CEO & Author of the Zerus & Ona book series to encourage young children to become curious about what technology is and how it works.
